+: Like to stay there as a friendly hotel. Have been staying there since when it was the Majestic Grand and the rebranding has in no way diminished the experience.

+: The staff was very courteous and the concierge, Sam, went above and beyond to help us with out concert tickets and overall day-tour planning. Well laid out rooms and great food only added to the wonderful experience.
-: Service at the pool can be slow at times and the ordering method with the phone available there or by using the app was a bit chaotic leading to delays. Rest everything was great!
