-: ทำเลไม่ดี โรงแรมไม่มีป้ายบอกทาง ไม่มีป้ายชื่อโรงแรม โทรศัพท์ติดต่อไม่ได้ไม่มีคนรับสาย การจราจรแย่ที่สุด จองไป 3ห้อง ไม่ได้เข้าพัก ขอเงินคืนไม่ได้ ประสบการณ์แย่ที่สุดตั้งแต่เคยจองที่พักกับ booking.com และทาง booking เองไม่มีส่วนช่วยเหลือหรือรับผิดชอบอะไรได้เลย ห่วยจัด

-: Big hotel with limited car park. Massive foreign tours arrived at hotel and big buses block the way in and out. Staff is not very supportive. Room is dirty. AC is not cold. Tried to call room service but the telephone line is broken. I had to sleep in a hot room. A little cooler in the morning. Definitely not coming back.
