+: Located in a very quiet area, not the newest of the hotels but clean and with an excellent breakfast.

-: The hotel doesn't have a direct access to the nearest village (Kai Bae) so better to rent a motorbike or use a Tuc Tuc to move on the evening.

+: Most of the staff were great, specially the kitchen and cleaning staff, all are very friendly.

-: The hotel is closing down, they don't meet the standards of a 4 star hotel and they are displayed as 5 star.
