+: Objectivement, l’hôtel est très beau de l’extérieur mais ayant vécu une mauvais expérience avec le personnel ce fut un des pires séjours de ma vie

-: Le personnel est incompétent. Impossible de communiquer avec les thaïlandais, ils parlent à peine anglais. J’ai réservé une 2 chambres connectées, a mon arrivée ils me disent que cette chambre n’est pas disponible et me donne qu’une seule chambre pour 4 pour une durée de 20 jours. Le ton monte entre nous, le réceptionniste décide d’annuler notre réservation sans mon accord et menace d’appeler la police. Hôtel à fuir, des arnaqueurs !! Ps : petit déjeuner infecte
