+: Lovely Staff, Good location, bathrooms are great

-: Bed very hard, had to change rooms due to a power issue and the second room had a bad oder. This hotel is however very good for the price and the staff were very helpful in sorting it out.

+: Place was quiet, tidy, clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Esp when I had a difficult guest issue. Easy parking for a bike outside.

-: View wasnt great. But i didnt pay for a view. Otherwise nothing... staff were really cool. Highly recommend.

+: This hotel is ideally located near Patong Beach, making it a convenient spot for beach lovers. There’s also a 711 nearby and easy access to other transport options. The hotel offers a good breakfast, and the themed rooms add a unique and enjoyable touch to the stay. A special mention goes to Bety at the reception she is incredibly helpful and made our stay even better. Overall, a great place to stay for both comfort and convenience.
