+: Day reception staff , she is excellent and makes this hotel better. Have stayed here a few times now as location is perfect for us. Decent breakfast.

-: Guests singing , drinking and talking loudly at couches next to elevators at 4am. Pool doors not being locked at 10pm when pool shuts to keep rowdy guests away from that area.
