+: Location is ok, tucked away from the busy part of Kata, but not too far from shops, restaurants etc. Garden around the hotel is nice.
-: Dirty water in the pool. Room terrace not cleaned regularly. Dirty bedding in the room, we found blood stains on it, went to ask hotel staff to change it which took them 2 days before they actually did. First 3 days we only had intermittent water supply. Hotel tried fixing it but couldn't. We asked for a room change and were refused as hotel was full. The quality of the service compared to what we paid is unacceptable.

-: c’était une vrais catastrophe grosse déception raison pour la quel ne souhaitons pas revenir ici sachant que nous avons un enfant de 3 ans (asthmatique) elle a dormis sur un lit très inconfortable avec un enfoncement au milieu c’est de la publicité monsongere car les photos ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité. manque d’hygiène les cousins sentait la salive, tache de fuite d’eau sur le plafonds, des fourmis partout dans la pièce même dans le lit de notre enfant. Tv inutilisable, humidité au tour du point de douche. Prise électrique à 20 centimètres du point d’eau. Un luminaire sur trois ne fonctionne pas. Climatisation hyper bruyante, piscine à la limite de l’insalubrité et tous ces points évoqué ne sont nullement détectable sur les photos

+: Location was pretty decent being near super markets and stuff
-: It’s terribly noisy and you can hear the dogs barking from next door along with the loud music and sounds of a girl crying (not sure what’s that about) in the middle of the night. Decided to check out early and booked another place after just one night staying there
