+: The hotel is in a very good location. Right in front of it, there's a 7-Eleven store and massage parlors. When you go out and turn left, you go to the Terminal 21 Shopping Center, and when you go out and turn right, you go to the Central Shopping Center. It's very close to everywhere and central.The staff are very kind and attentive.

+: Great Hotel, room 522 facing the pool and sea had wonderful views…Very clean , amazing huge pool and the best hard working staff that ever seen in any hotel in Pattaya.
-: Some light renovations in public places needed.Breakfast was not rich enough for western tastes (need better variety of cold cuts and cheese)

+: Just about everything was most satisfactory. I must particularly mention the staff who were without exception polite, friendly, efficient and always responded promptly to our requests. The breakfast was brilliant with an outstanding selection and excellent service. We will definitely stay here again. Good value for money.
-: The rooms are starting to look a little tired and could do with some refurbishment.
