+: Otelin konumu bahçesi havuzları ve odaların genişliği ve balkonlari çok iyiydi. Sahile yakınlığı ve sahil çok güzeldi.

-: Odalar biraz eskiydi ve otel içinde fiyatlar çok pahalıydı. Otel icinde birsey yemek imkansız. Kahvalti haric diger öğünleri disarda yedik.Kahvaltı açık büfesi güzeldi fakat eksilen ürünlerin yenilenmesi çok zayıf ve yavaştı. Genellikle tek çeşit peynir vardi.ancak ben peynir istediğimde sadece bana özel peynir tabağı yapıp getirdiler ve tabakta belki 5 cesit peynir vardı.Ayrıca kahvaltıya özellikle Nutella koyulmamasi çok ilginçti. Ben iki kere istedim ve yine kişiye özel servis yapıldı. Bence yanlış bir davranış çünkü bu hizmetin herkese sağlanması gerekiyor. Ve mango cenneti olan bir yerde kahvaltıda olmaması beni şaşırttı.

+: Buffet breakfast was amazing with so much variety. The location was really good as it was so close to the beach and so close to restaurants and markets etc. The staff are so friendly, and the surroundings are just beautiful with so many pools to pick from and beautiful nature to admire and relax

-: There seem to be areas for smokers to use, which were too close to the entry to accommodation.

+: Location. How it looked. Views. Beach. Room. Breakfast. Pools. Friendly staff.

-: Elevator smelt of sewers. Was woke up at 3 am from generator outside room on our last night after 3 day stay.

-: Lits durs et inconfortables Immense complexe de 700 chambres On s’y perd. Peu convivial . Chambres mal agencées 80% de clientèle russe vraiment pas sympathique Nous l’avons quitté deux jours avant la fin de notre séjour pour un autre établissement plus convivial

-: WifFi was very poor. Not 200mbps as advertised. Around 4 - 6 mbps and kept disconnecting. Swimming pools were quite shallow, no more than 1.2m deep.

+: La gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel

-: Ce n’est clairement pas un 5 étoiles, un 3 étoiles si on est gentil. Surtout pour ce prix et en comparaison avec le splendide Pullman de Khao Lak. L’hôtel est plus que vieillissant (chambres et parties communes) on a l’impression qu’on a transformé d’anciennes résidences des années 60 en hôtels. Le service est inexistant, les piscines très sales, les abords plein de cannettes et autres déchets, les parties communes extérieures sales.Le complexe est très grand, tout est loin et dispatché : compliqué de s’y retrouver.Les chambres vue mer donnent sur une route très passantes, pas le grand luxe.La chambre familiale était indigne d’un 5 étoiles.La restauration était passable mais à un prix exorbitant (et mauvaise surprise + 17% par rapport aux prix indiqués).
