+: The breakfast was the best I’ve ever experienced. It was outstanding. The pool is terrific. Lee the pool attendant was a star and very friendly and helpful.

-: The noisy air conditioning in room 1110 on our first night was awful. It kept us awake all night. We were moved the next day to room 8010 and it was great there.

-: Staff: clearly, the front desk staff was not properly trained.While checking in, the front desk staff did not understand us and couldn't propose the best room for us. Some rooms have construction site view next to them, and so we had to change our room after checking in because she did not warn us about this.Also, although we had paid for a sea view room, we got a worst room than our friend who had a regular room but got a free upgrade during check-in.Also, the front desk staff charged us an authorization hold amount of around $150 as a food and beverage deposit while we asked her if we can pass on paying this hold charge, then later told us that it was optional for us to accept this pre charge or pay as you go, right after swiping our credit card.Rooms: The other big downside about the hotel is the rooms.While the room size is okay and with a good view, the rooms are very outdated and old. You could smell the mold, though cleanliness was okay ish.Overall, I would not stay there again given the low value for money. It was an expensive stay!
