+: Staff were excellent and always accommodating with any request. Happy and friendly, refreshing to have people that genuinely care.

-: Breakfast very average, rooms quite small. First room was a little dirty and had an off smell. Staff were great and quickly changed me to another room which was better overlooking the pool.

+: Lokalita bezva, kousek od pláže. Pokoj s výhledem na bazén s balkonkem . Ochotný personál .

-: Zastarala nefunkční klimatizace , v pokoji mokro. Velice malý prostor , neměli jsem, kam dát kufry, žádná skřínka. Chybel susák , nebo žebřík na ručníky . Plísen v koupelně .

+: C’est la deuxième fois que nous venons séjourné dans cet hôtel, il est calme et à quelques minutes à pied d’une plage de Patong que nous adorons.C’est propre, moderne, le personnel est vraiment sympathique , d’ailleurs nous avions demandé une chambre particulière ( terrasse côté piscine ) et la réceptionniste a tout fait pour nous faire plaisir malgré le monde en cette période ( encore merci 🙏🏻😁 )La piscine est parfaite et il y a un service de restauration toute la journée 👌🏻

-: Malheureusement il n’y a pas assez de transats au bord de la piscine, le problème récurrent étant que certains clients déposent leur serviette sur transats pour les bloqués toute la journée, même lorsqu’ils s’absentent un long moment, c’est juste de l’égoïsme et un manque de savoir vivre, ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel mais en général il faudrait une politique un peu plus stricte pour limiter cet incivisme.Petit déjeuner assez varié mais pas extraordinaire non plus …
