+: We had a pool access room which was well equipped and very comfortable. Very unique concept were you can walk onto your patio and jump into a pool that meanders on through the villas. Very well equipped gym. Great restaurants offering good food at fair value. Beach bar with happy hour which enhances the island vibe. Free ferry to the mainland which is nearby. The main pool is beautiful (with pool bar)
-: The beach is not really a swimming beach as the water is not inviting. The trees on the beach provide good shade but drip some sort of gum which unpleasant. The breakfast area does not have enough seating when there are a lot of guests.

-: Hotel muy lejano a ser 5 estrellas.- Precios desorbitados (3€ un agua de plástico de 50cl y 16€ una lasaña)- Habitación sucia.- El agua del baño, ducha y lavamanos sale de color marrón, avisaron a recepción y ni caso.- Excepto la manager, el resto de personal no habla ingles, con lo que es muy difícil comunicarse.- Las fotos que muestran del hotel no tienen nada que ver con la realidad, es todo bastante cutre.- La playa es horrible, llena de medusas por lo que te aconsejan no bañarte, ya que ademas de las medusas hay unas mantas rayas en el fondo que si las pisas sin querer te pican.Teníamos reservadas 3 noches y decidimos irnos, el hotel no invita a estar allí 4 días, ya que a parte del hotel, no hay nada mas.Se negaron a devolvernos el dinero cosa que entendimos ya que teníamos una reserva sin possible cancelación, aun así nos fuimos.No recomiendo este hotel, si buscas un hotel 5 estrellas, este esta muy lejos de ser uno de ellos.

+: It was beautiful! The staff were so helpful and lovely and went above and beyond. They were efficient and no matter was too much for them. The property was magnificent. The location was beautiful, the views were spectacular. It was just perfect.
-: Speed boat times weren’t so great but that’s okay! The prices were extortionate but you’re on an island so it’s to be expected I guess.
