+: The room was fairly big, and the location was close to the beach. Also, a local restaurant called Sint had exceptional quality food at a fair price.
-: The room wasn't clean, the hot water in the bathroom kept going cold. The shower flooded into the toilet area. There is debris under the sink that has been there since the place was built, not brushed. The reception staff were not very friendly and had an attitude of "I don't care." Breakfast was terrible for foreigners, no cereals? I had to ask for cornflakes, and 1 lady looked after me. Only fried eggs, no omelette, boiled, or scrambled eggs. It boasted a pool view on Booking.com, which we never got. A lot of these things have been reviewed before, and the hotel responded saying they would fix these issues, but they never did, so they obviously don't care either. I asked for an extra pillow and was told they didn't have any. I got one 2 days later from the housekeeping. Insects coming out from the shower drains. The beds are also very hard and uncomfortable.
