+: Zimmer sind gut und die lage ist sehr ruhig und an einem schönen strand.Chaweng und lamai sind aber wit ab vom schuss

-: Anlage könnte eine renovierung gebrauchen ist schon etwas älter aber ansonsten für einen kürzeren aufenthalt gut

-: La cosa peggiore é la posizione dell’Hotel che si trova nella parte più scomoda dell’isola: Per raggiungere qualsiasi cosa ci vuole minimo mezz’ora di scooter o auto. Ed é a 1 ora dall aereoporto (1000bht).Detto questo, l’hotel non é un 4 stelle. La struttura é vecchia e non é tenuta bene. Gli spazi comuni compresa la piscina, sdraio ombrelloni e tutto sono da restaurare. In camera il condizionatore rotto ha perso acqua per 5 giorni. Il tetto del bagno è un plexiglas trasparente che lo rende una serra a tutti gli effetti. La cascata va solo in una certa fascia oraria in cui uno generalmente é in spiaggia. Il nostro appartamento si trovava dall’altra parte della strada rispetto a dove si fa colazione , quindi bisogna attraversare la strada ogni volta x andare a fare colazione spiaggiareception. La colazione é scarsa con il minimo indispensabile. Lo staff non é molto gentile e disponibile, ogni cosa che viene richiesta sembra un problema e se decidi di usufruire di un servizio accettano solo contanti (non c’è un bancomat vicino).Il “Resort” non ha un ristorante interno ed essendo lontano da tutto se alla sera sei stanco non puoi mangiare lì . Per fortuna affianco c’è un ostello veramente bello dove si può mangiare con uno staff davvero gentile. La vegetazione intorno alle casette é parecchio trascurata. Non lo consiglio.

+: Overall this was a decent stay. The rooms are nice and clean, the beach is very nice and calm with few beds.. Ideal if you are looking for a quiet spot away from crowds. The garden is very nice as well, breakfast is very good and rich.

-: The good things are overshadowed by the not so positive aspects. Staff is nice but not very helpful. We did not have hot water in the shower, and after raising this issue they told us they fixed it but nobody came and checked or fixed the issue. The hotel is nice but not a resort definitely and not worth the price (they even asked us to pay the whole sum in advance). The food at the restaurant is overpriced and pre-packaged (we had spring rolls that were barely unfrozen!!!), eg a piña colada for 300BHT when the next door bar has it at half the price. The staff at the restaurant are not helpful and seem to be missing when you need anything (like opening beach umbrellas). The beach beds are old and scrambling (with one having an old nail popping out). Keep in mind that credit card payments are only available from 1000BHT up.

+: Der Bungalow hatte eine schöne Größe. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war schmackhaft, reichhaltig und gut. Terrasse war gut nutzbar.

-: Zustand der Waschräume war schlecht, die Dusche nicht nutzbar, so dass man sich in der whirlbadewanne duschen musste. Straßenlärm war manchmal trotz AC zu hören. Für 4 Nächte bekam man den schlechtesten Bungalow, auf Rückfragen wäre ein Wechsel möglich gewesen, aber dieser wurde nicht freiwillig angeboten. Matratzen waren hart, aber es ließ sich noch aushalten. Restaurant war zu teuer. Geschmacklich war es in Ordnung.
