+: A large spacious room with large quality beds that can be put together (we combined a double bed and a single bed into a huge 3 metre wide bed), daily room cleaning, change of bed linen and fresh towels every day, daily supply of 0.5 litre water bottles, plenty of storage space for luggage, a rack for drying towels and laundry, friendly staff, the receptionist is always available - these are top features. There is a massage parlour and a very affordable laundromat very close by. Our room was on the 4th floor and only accessible by stairs (which is less suitable for families with small children, for us it was fine, except for the luggage transfer). On the day of departure, the staff helped us carry our luggage. Free hot drinks are available in the morning between 7am and 10am.

-: Distance to the beach on a busy road (less suitable for families with small children), you have to make a diversion around the place where it would be closer. The bathtub in the living room looks very nice, but the water flow is too weak, the taps are not even fixed, fall off and do not work. The drain in the bathroom near the shower was partially clogged, the water collects after showering and drains slowly. As a mum I was very concerned for the safety of the child leaning on the stair railing as it has large gaps. It was unpleasant to see the price list with all the possible stains and damage to the furnishings in the hotel room. We felt cramped after the warnings. Of course we try to leave things as we got them, but these warnings left the impression of not being welcome. It is possible to pay the hotel in cash, if you pay with a credit card there is an additional 3% surcharge.

+: Camera eccellente spaziosa luminosa con ogni comfort. Vista meravigliosa sul giardino.

+: Location was close enough to Karon beach, 711. Laundry onsite and in room drying rack was convenient. Decent cafe and free tea.

-: Booked a double bed online, but only singles were available day of. They notified me about this prior to arrival. My bathroom was not clean upon arrival, however they sent housekeeping to deal with it as soon as I brought it to their attention. I asked for a discount or to move rooms. No other rooms available and they did not budge on the discount.

+: Pokoj byl čistý, dostatečně veliký. Postele pohodlné, sociální zařízení zcela vyhovující. Skvělý poměr ceny a kvality ubytování. Nemám co bych vytkl. Je to asi 10 minut na pláž, což není problém. Se svým pobytem jsme byli velice spokojeni. Personál vyšel ve všem vstříc, nic nebylo problém.
