+: Es liegt am schönsten Strandabschnitt. Die Zimmer im neuen Teil auf der anderen Strassenseite sind modern. Das Frühstück ist großartig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!

+: Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Frühstück sehr gut. Strand schön. Am Pool eigentlich immer freie Liegen zu finden. Empfehlung: Rooftoppool zum Sonnenuntergang

-: Duschen Badewanne sind langsam in die Jahre gekommen. Bad stand nach dem duschen unter Wasser.

+: The location

-: We arrive to room number 1 which was dirty so we were then taken to room number 2 which as soon as you walked in you could smell damp. Room number 3 which was a swim up room was ok but on closer inspection was just as bad. Dirty shower screen, dirty above sink. One day we had to ask for clean towels to be told we would have to wait as they had run out of them. You couldn’t get a sunbed over looking the sea as people would leave them on the beds & then go off even though there was signs saying not too. There was no light above the dressing table to do your hair & makeup. The bedding was old & ripped poor quality. Lampshades by bed were thick in dust. Fridge in the room was rusty & made every freeze including the beer we put in. The breakfast was always cold as in sausages & the bacon you couldn’t even cut into 2 which was poor. One morning we couldn’t even get a table to eat breakfast. The quality was very poor we certainly will not return to this hotel again. This is far from a 5 star hotel. When we went to checkout they wanted more copies of the passports as they had lost the first copies. Overall very poor hotel and will not return to this hotel. Koh Chang is a lovely island we will return to the island.
