+: Wer Ruhe braucht, muss dorthin!

-: Beim Frühstück fehlte vegetarisches Essen. ( zum Beispiel Gemüse)

+: Tout était parfait. Le personnel accueillant, les infrastructures bien entretenues et l’emplacement magnifique.

-: Clim de la chambre bruyante. Mais c’est le seul petit point négatif !

+: La piscine, l'aspect général de l'hôtel.

-: Nous avons eu une chambre en bord de route une horreur aucune isolation on entendait les chanteurs du karaoké d'en face comme sinon y était et le bruit de la circulation très dense. La climatisation hyper bruyante. Le petit déjeuner pas très bon était trop petit par rapport au monde il fallait attendre très longtemps pour les oeufs et les pancakes le premier jour à 9h30 il n'y avait plus de Nutella et il n'y pas eu de réassort. Il y a des escaliers partout notamment pour arriver à l'accueil personne n'était là pour nous accueillir en bas nous avons monté nos valises seuls

+: Die Lage,die Ausstattung der Villa.Der Service vom Housekeeping,inclusive der Handwerker,die bei Problemen schnell zur Stelle waren.Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt,es gibt viele Vögel und eine Waranfamilie.

-: Durch die Größe der Anlage sind weite Wege vorprogrammiert.Der Frühstücksraum ist nur über Treppen.Die Preise in der Anlage sind hoch und es kommt noch eine Servicegebühr von 10% und VAT 7% hinzu. Da unser Flug erst Abends ging,wollte ich ein Zimmer von 10:00 bis 17:00 anmieten,das war nicht möglich,alternativ hätten wir einen Raum ohne Dusche und Fenster nutzen.So gut wie der Service vom Housekeeping ist,so schlecht ist der Service der Rezeption.Ein Hotel in der nähe ist gerne eingesprungen und hat uns ein Zimmer für 1100 Bath vermietet.Service geht anders..

+: Waren das dritte mal dort. Personal, Lage ist perfekt . Jederzeit gerne wieder.

+: Variety, lots of fresh fruit and fresh bread. Hot cooking stations offering eggs and local food station too. Separate drinks station offered personally made up drinks like hot or cold chocolate, iced coffee etc

-: Change fruit offering, it was the same each day. Use less oil in cooking of eggs. Eradicate the birds as they landed on the food and pecked it Decor very dark with the brown wood, would modernise breakfast area a bit and reception Lots of steps, couldn’t see how a disabled person would manage. Not a lot of English spoken in reception, which led to some difficulties

+: Great sea views. Plenty of sun loungers by pool and on beach.

-: For a very popular tourist location the staff level of English understanding was relatively poor. Compared to staff working in the tourist industry in Bangkok and Patong (Phuket) beach areas. Maybe the management should consider providing the staff with free English lessons on some basics e.g. dressing on the side (separate). Generally we got there. But anything beyond basic level was problematic and very frustrating. Perhaps the front desk staff at reception desk could actually ask for help from the odd member of staff in the back office who could speak good level of English when they struggle?
