+: L’emplacement, la salle de sport, l’atmosphère calme qui règne sur la résidence

-: L’hôtel ne correspondait pas réellement à nos attentes, la chambre n’était pas la même que sur les photos ainsi que la plage. La salle de sport ferme malheureusement trop tôt et pour le mini golf nous pouvons y jouer seulement la journée et avec cette chaleur c’était impossible, dommage! De plus pour notre dernier jour la piscine était jauneverte. Malgré ça nous recommandons quand même cet hôtel!

+: De ligging is top net als het ontbijt. De keuze was erg groot en lekker. Het is een mooi resort maar wij vinden dat er redelijk wat achterstallig onderhoud is. De kamers zijn groot en goed ingericht. Er was een probleem met sanitair en de volgende dag kregen we een ge upgrade kamer.

-: De hygiëne was matig.

-: Facilities were dated. Aspects were not well maintained, for example frayed chairs in the bedroom, holes in the door. Pool was dirty, not maintained well. It seemed the hotel was short of staff at key periods.

-: L'établissement, sans doute superbe il y a longtemps, est aujourd'hui laissé totalement à l'abandon et manque vraiment d'entretien. C'est également le seul endroit de Thaïlande où nous avons trouvé du personnel antipathique.... bref pour le prix vous ne pouvez que trouver mieux dans ce pays!

+: The location was superb. Private beach area & lovely quiet area. The pool view room & balcony was very nice. Beds very comfortable.Breakfast was pleasant, plenty of choice, egg station was very efficient, sometimes a bit slow in replacing some buffet items.I would stay here again because of the location & the lovely room & pool view.

-: There are two pools, we sat around both, the main pool is pleasant with enough beds, the water is very warm, had to be careful walking in as quite slippery. The 2nd pool wasn't great, the area could be so lovely but quite unkempt & the water was dirty, such a shame. The surrounding grounds are pleasant but could just do with a tidy up, more gardeners are needed. Also the beds by the beach are quite old & dirty

+: Hyvä sijainti, oma ranta upeine maisemineen. Rauhallinen alue. Aamupala erittäin monipuolinen ja laadukas. Loistava ja ystävällinen henkilökunta.

-: Wifi ei ollut luotettava, huoneet kaipaisivat hieman piristystä ja päivitystä.
