-: A bit pretentious, but staff were nice

+: Le personnel est vraiment très accueillant et compétent. Nous avons vraiment apprécié. Le service est impeccable !

-: L’hôtel est très mal insonorisé !! Nous entendions les voisins des chambres d’à côté parler, nous entendions les bruits comme les réveils qui sonnent et les bruits des interrupteurs de lumière. Les gens claquent les portes de leur chambre et parlent fort dans les couloirs de l’hôtel à 4h du matin.

+: 高級ホテルにふさわしく、フロントでのチェックインや、タクシー（GRAB）、荷物の受け取りなど、何度もお願いする事がありましたが完璧な対応でした。 キャンペーンで安くなっていたと思いますが、また機会があればぜひ利用したいと思います。 また日本人のスタッフもおりまして、朝食時に日本語でお声かけていただきました。 またタクシーを頼むと、ちゃんと困ったときの連絡先のカードをくれ、運転手がメーターボタンを押すのを確認してくれます。バンコクはぼったくりタクシーが多く、ほぼメーターで行ってくれないので、助かりました。

-: ロケーションが、BTS駅から10分程度（利用しませんでしたが）らしいので、気候的に歩いていくと汗かきます。 またGrab頼んでも、ちょっと捕まえずらい感じでした。（タイミング悪かったのか？）

+: room size was great, room could have a brush up to up to date standard, river view is magnificent, very friendly staff, phantastic breakfast

+: Room on 21st floor overlooking the river was lovely, a really nice suiteroom with all the facilities
