LK Royal Suite Hotel is located about 650 meters from Hard Rock Pattaya Café and Central Festival Pattaya Beach. From the hotel to the famous Walking Street Pattaya about 1.8 kilometers.
The spacious rooms have air conditioning. The rooms combine modern amenities and soft lighting, making guests feel at home. Each room has a flat-screen TV, a seating area with a sofa and a private balcony. Some rooms have a well-equipped kitchen.

+: Property was not as described on the site. Kitchen did not have any more then 2 of each plates , fork,spoon etc. 1 pot and 1 fry pan. No bowls or any additional item a normal " Full Kitchen" should carry. Staff were rude and very very unfriendly. Tea towels were supplied as OLD pillow cases. Building should have been renovated 10 years ago. Very old and smelly.
-: I booked for 7 nights but could not stand the place and staff so I left on the 4th day. No refund was given. Shameon the owners of this property. There was no washing machine or dryer as advertised. The place was not carpeted as advertised. Booking.com should remove this property from their list.

-: It appears that quite a bit of maintenance is going on at the hotel. But there was no disturbance from the workers.

+: Nice location as can go straight down soi buakhao or directly down to second road , baht bus always passing . Friendly cleaners and helpful staff
-: Only small issue is the curtains cannot close 100% and room lets in sun , if up all night and want to stay in bed in the morning it can be annoying
