+: Sehr schöne Lobby, gepflegte Anlage insgesamt und reichhaltiges Frühstück! Ruhiger Abschnitt wenn man keinen Wert auf Unterhaltung legt. Ohne Roller oder Taxi aber etwas abgelegen.

-: Der Strandabschnitt rechts und links vor dem Hotel war von dem angeschwemmten Müll leider sehr unansehnlich und trübte den ansonsten positiven Eindruck.Im hinteren Bereich des Hotels indem sich unser Zimmer befand stank es sehr unangenehm nach Fäkalien im Flur.

+: We had a great experience in the Outrigger Samui. The staff were very helpful from the moment we arrived. We stayed in the Club Lamai suite and we could not have been more comfortable. There is a very good on site gym and games room which is nice for table tennis and pool. The lunch and dinner restaraunt was excellent and the breakfast had a great selection. Our room had all the facilities we needed. Very good location close to Lamai beach.

-: Only a minor issue - we stayed for 3 nights and we had an issue with our key card everyday. We could not access the games room our own room and had to keep going to the reception to fix this issue. Other than this, no problems.
