+: Check-in was smooth. Room was clean and functional. My room was on the same floor as the swimming pool, which was a huge bonus. Pool was clean and popular with guests. Being on the same floor meant I could check quickly whether it was crowded or there was room to swim. I chose this hotel because I take my daily exercise from swimming and this is one of the only hotels in this price range in Pattaya with a decent pool. I was traveling with Bangkok-based rock band that had a gig in Pattaya. We all stayed at Mike Hotel, and were satisfied with it.
-: You have to walk from the ground floor to the lobby on the 2nd floor (1st floor in the UKEU). Lift from there up.

+: Nice pool. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Everything works. Staff is pretty busy but friendly enough and very helpful.
