+: I left my wallet outside the first floor of the hotel on the first day of Lunar New Year and only discovered it after going out 30km from the hotel (after about a few hours). I thought I couldn't find my wallet but surprisingly the hotel security picked it up and keep it at the reception. It's really great, I'm so grateful and thank you so much!!!

+: Super Frühstück, saubere Zimmer
-: Ich wollte meinen Aufenthalt um zwei Tage verlängern, die Dame an der Rezeption hat mir mitgeteilt, dass sie in ihrem System gerade keine freien Zimmer mehr hat, aber dass Booking.com vielleicht noch ein Kontingent hat. Ich habe dann mit ihr gemeinsam ein Zimmer über booking.com gebucht und sie sagte mir ich kann am nächsten Tag in der Früh kommen um meine Keycard um 2 Tage verlängern zu lassen. Am selben Abend als ich bereits im Bett lag, kam ein Anruf von der Rezeption, dass ich nach unten kommen soll wegen meiner Zahlung. Ich sagte ich sei im Bett und hätte bereits gezahlt, sie meinte ich müsse runterkommen eine Zahlung sei offen. Unten stellte sich heraus, dass ich meine Deposit welchen sie für Roomservice etc. einbehalten habe, um ca. 5€ überzogen habe (da ich am Abend Zimmerservice bestellt hatte), weswegen sie jetzt sofort einen neuen Deposit wollten der anscheinend nicht bis morgen warten konnte sondern mich im Pyjama an der Rezeption benötigt hat. Nach dem sie den neuen Deposit authorisiert hatte, meinte sie die Rechnung begleichen wir dann morgen beim Check-out, worauf hin ich sagte, dass ich noch 2 Tage bleibe. Sie konnte meine Reservierung dann nicht finden, holte jemand anderen zur Hilfe und erklärte mir dann, dass sie meine Reservierung leider canceln mussten, da sie überbucht sind. Angeblich hätten Sie mir ein E-Mail geschrieben. Zu meiner Frage warum sie mich nicht im Zimmer angerufen haben meinten sie, dass sie nicht wussten, dass ich bereits im Hotel schlafe...musste dann nachts ein neues Hotel buchen, meinen nächsten Tag wegen des Umzugs komplett umplanen und am nächsten Tag um 12h aus dem Zimmer sein. In Booking.com stand bis am nächsten Tag zu Mittag, dass meine Reservierung bestätigt sei und der Betrag von mir bezahlt wurde... Angeblich bekomme ich einen Refund. Als Entschädigung wurde mir ein Gutschein für einen Softdrink oder ein Bier in der hauseigenen Bar angeboten, die aber erst um 17h öffnet und ich um 12h auschecken muss.
