+: Hôtel magnifique, les chambres sont très confortables et les deux piscines (en bas et rooftop) sont très belles. Eau, canettes et cacahuètes offertes tous les jours. Nous avions une vue sur la piscine, très agréable. Très bon petit déjeuner
-: Hôtel très mal situé dans Phuket, surtout si on n'a pas de scooter. L'eau de la piscine du bas est un peu fraîche, car à l'ombre dès 15h.

+: Gorgeous hotel, just like the pictures! Room was comfortable!
-: Very far away from everything. Need a taxi as nothing is in walking distance. The pool is tiny and no facilities really to sunbathe and chill all day. The restaurant at the hotel did gorgeous food but the staff were dreadful and awfully slow. We ate here everyday and there was not one time we didn’t have to ask for menus or ask can we order food. They forgot something at least once. For a 5 star hotel the service was not even 3 star worthy. Lack of laundry serviced also is not something I’ve experienced in previous 5 star hotels

-: We came in the evening, near all rooms were a lot of bees other instincts, nobody cleaned it. In the room you also have bees and instincts. We stayed in the room the whole night, even didn’t go for a dinner. In the morning still there were dead bees already. It’s really disgusting and if you have a strong allergy for their bites, it can even dangerous for you. Absolutely overrated by bloggers place. We planned to stay 2 nights and we left exactly on the morning after 1st night

-: Staff rude. No accessible water anywhere, either pay or get dehydrated. Even cheaper hotels have filtered water machines for guests. Basic human necessity is water.
