+: Zwei Strände sind in der unmittelbaren Nähe: Kata Strand und Karon Strand. Karon ist grösser und da gibt es "quietschenden" Sand, das stimmt, der macht es, wahrscheinlich, sind es zermahlene Korallen. Wir waren jeden Tag am Kata Beach, der ist breit, schön, es gibt Korallen, exotische Fische, keine Seeigel, Meer ist flach dort (Karon ist anders, da ist tiefer). es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, Essen und Strandutensilien zu kaufen. Viele baden in vor Ort gekauften weissen Hemden mit Kapuze, und das ist richtig, die Sonne ist gnadenlos. Paragliding, Ausflüge mit Longtailbooten und Wasserbikes werden eben angeboten. Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Hotels der Peach Gruppe (Peach Hill, Peach Blossom und White Peach) stehen auf einem Hügel. Wenn man im "White Peach" am Fuß des Hügels landet, muss man zum Frühstück ca. 80 Stufen bergauf laufen. Nicht für kleine Kinder und schwachekranke Menschen. Gäste können vier Pools nutzen, alle sind sauber und attraktiv, es gibt Liegen. Frühstück ist für diese Kategorie hervorragend. Zwei Restaurants stehen zur Verfügung. Im Peach Hill Restaurant war Kaffee sehr lecker, im Blossom OK. Es gibt europäischen und Thai Gerichte, Obst, und es mangelte niemals an etwas. Unser Zimmer war groß und gut ausgestattet, Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Viel Platz im Kleiderschrank. Kostenloser Safe war da, wie versprochen. Auf dem Balkon kann man nicht viel Zeit verbringen: zu heiss.
-: Zu Frühstück: Ich würde raten, Säfte in ihren Behältern regelmäßig umzurühren: sonst bleibt Konzentrat unten und Wasser oben. In anderen Hotels sind Behälter oft mit einem Rührwerk ausgestattet. Eierkuchen könnten besser sein. Zu Zimmer: im Bad haben sich Teile der Verputzung des Waschtisches zu Ende unserens Aufenthalts abgelöst. Der Föhn war launisch und machte immer wieder eine Pause, musste wahrscheinlich sich abkühlen. Ich war etwas überrascht, dass es Sprachprobleme gab: ich konnte nicht immer mit Personal kommunizieren. Deutsch ging sowieso nicht, aber auch mit Englisch kam ich oft nicht weit. Front DeskRezeption war kein Problem, aber im Restaurant und mit Zimmerpersonal war es schwierig.

-: La propreté, nous sommes arrivés et nous avons découvert un toilette très sale , il y avait des excréments sur la cuvette extérieur du toilette J’ai donc demandé à la réception de le nettoyer dès la découverte cependant le soir en rentrant le toilette était dans le même état . Le lendemain nous avons était upgraded dans une autre chambre .

+: Very clean and great access to the little centre of kata beach, night market etc. The staff were helpful with arranging taxis and sorting a rooming mishap (see below)
-: Our room initially was located above what I can only assume was a nightclub. We asked to switch rooms and they found us a quieter room the second night. The pools closed very early and the larger ones were very far from our building.
