-: Needs alot of work doing to hotel, it had so much more but I imagine covid ruined it andbits not the same ad it once was

+: Location was ideal.
-: So many loud Russians partying into the night. We were told we had to share the loungers around the pool, first come, first served, so other people were sitting on our front doorstep smoking and drinking and shouting in Russian sitting on the loungers. When we told them to leave, they just blew us off. It was very uncomfortable. Our room faced the sun all day, so it was miserable. If you left the room, the AC automatically turned off, so you came back to a sauna every time.

+: NOTHING it was shocking
-: Unhelpful staff no one can speak English or even understand you no drinks offerd when you arrive not even water facility in the lobby disgustingly old property advertising as a sha extra plus I’ve stayed in better hostels The room was terrible supposed to be a villa more like a shed with a dirty pool with broken dangerous tiles with no grout keeping them together nothing was cleaned except beds made toilet roll replaced no shower screen or curtain faulty electrics toilet wouldn’t flush never once in 9 days did we see the floors moped your feet were always dirty or you need to wear shoes outside never cleaned dirty chairs stray cats wandering around No safe box in room they kept saying we would get one it never arrived ,The air con is directly over the bed not good when you try to sleep but it’s to hot to turn it offwe never once seen the pool cleaned or the trees need cut coconuts falling on you if you try to sunbathe No late check out it is advertised when we offerd to pay but sorry no .It states there is a bar that was closed never opened once Night security was a lovely old man who looked sick of his life and would be no good at stopping anyone from entering the property this place needs closed down refurbished then it would be a good hotel in a good location
