+: Absolutely exquisite resort with attention to every detail. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choices. The meals and restaurants were first class. The most appreciated is the staff. They are extremely hospitable, kind and always smiling. It was well worth the price for a quiet getaway. I really enjoyed the tea and there’s lots of beautiful views. I got the room with the beach front and it was nice to wake up to the sounds of the ocean right outside the room. And at the front door, the sounds of singing birds. Really great shower and my room was made daily with fresh towels and amenities.

-: If anyone complains about this place. It’s more a reflection on them and not the staff at the resort. There was an issue with overcharging my card.

+: L’isolement totale de notre chambre en plein milieu de la forêt, la gentillesse du personnel, ils sont à vos petits soins, la qualité de la nourriture, du choix, très bon restau italien, bon petits snacks autour de la piscine qui d’ailleurs offre une vue panoramique sur la plage, et la nature.

+: Great service and a beautiful resort. We had a fabulous time and loved every bit of the resort. Both the pools and the private beach was fantastic. We swam so much and enjoyed the little services provided by the staff. Pong and his team were excellent in making us feel so special. He made sure every bit of the stay was perfect. He and his staff had amazing hospitality and truly took care of us. The spa was a bit expensive but Hong the masseuse was brilliant. The restaurants including the Italian were great. The French buffet was brilliant and the breakfast spread is amazing 👏 The kids playhouse was excellent. The kids loved it so much We loved all the jazz and bossa nova that was played all day throughout the resort

-: Would have loved to use the spa more with more affordable packages every day!! The experience by Dao and her team were great.There's not much that we did not like about the resort. Hard to pick on anything that disappointed us.
