+: Location is great if you want to party.
-: If you want to sleep, go elsewhere. There is noise from the outside and also the stairwell is noisy in the night.The pipes from the Aircon just empty outside the balcony which makes sitting there no pleasure.Also the balcony was packed with two aircons and the view was blocked by cables.The staff was stressed, maybe because of the high season.

-: My room was situated at the front of the building. It was extremely noisy until 3-4am in the morning. Sleep was difficult.

+: You changed me 1500 bate a night, l was in a 500 a night room, no kettle no shaving pint in the bathroom, l slipped on the bathroom floor, cut my arm open and hert my back, l spent all my holiday in my room in pain ( ask the manager) and there was building work 7 days a week, it was disgusting, but will you refund me? We know the answer to that don't we, Phil day.
