+: Alles sauber und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

-: Im Restaurant gab es keinerlei alkoholische Getränke, wohl bedingt durch die rein muslimische Führung des Hotels.

+: Fabulous location, grounds well looked after. All staff members were have encountered were very friendly , special shoutout to lady who looks after the Tourism desk (by the Restaurant, on the West side of the Resort)- she was absolutely amazing, very helpful and friendly !!

-: Bungalow was a bit tired, particularly bathroom and could do with some refreshing, particularly considering the fact that this is by all means not a super cheap hotel, even by western standards. Biggest disappointment was the pool (one closest to the west side of the resort, by the Restaurant) - lots of people with glass bottles of beer inside the pool (think they have decided to have their own pool party…) despite signage around the pool clearly saying no drinks or food inside the pool and no staff around… felt very unpleasant and not very welcoming for families or people who just want to relax by the pool. Breakfast was okay, but not super nice- selection was limited and not super appealing. Considering we were in Thailand - would love to see more fresh fruit

+: Emplacement sympathique, bungalow au calme devant la piscine .

-: Établissement correct les bungalow ont la toiture abîmée , nos toilettes fuyait ,attention autour de la piscine les bains de soleil sont placés sous des cocotiers ,ceux ci n ont pas été ôtés de leur noix de coco . Niveau sécurité c est même pas pensable en cas de chute d une noix ce dodo pour un établissement pareil .Quand vous arrivez de Ao Nang et descendez du bateau vous devez ou porter. Ou tirer votre valise dans le sable c est pas évident pour tout le monde .

+: Great location, you can walk through the hotel to east and west pier. Breakfast with a view of the beach was amazing. Also the monkeys in the trees were great

+: We have visited this hotel four times now in the last 20 years. The location is superb!! The room was large and well equipped and only a very short walk to the beach (Railey West) and the pool. The breakfast had a good selection of options. The staff were friendly and the facilities on offer were as you would expect from a beachfront hotel.

-: The last time we visited this hotel was 12 years ago and the hotel has expanded somewhat since then. The room wasn’t cleaned on arrival as well as we would have liked, generally the room was ok but the shower wasn’t cleaned (you could see watermarks on the tiles and glass shower door) and these weren’t cleaned in the whole of our nine day stay. This could be a mismatch in our expectations vs the hotel cleaning protocol but still in my opinion worth noting. There was noise everyday from the hotel next doors’ generator (between 6am and 11pm) this was only relevant to our room and a few rooms nearby however this is outside the hotels control and wasn’t a problem for us and didn’t impact the quality of our stay.

+: Hôtel qui donne sur le lagon mais aussi sur une plage magnifique!! Les logements sont dispersés dans une végétation luxuriante dans laquelle on peut apercevoir singes et toucans. Très bon petit- déjeuner. PAs mal de commerces, de restaurations et de salon de massage proches.

-: Climatisation un peu bruyante. La salle de bain est assez "basique"
