-: The deco of the room can be improved

+: A shadow of its former self, the hotel can no longer be considered a 5 star. Maximum 3 stars.

-: The food is apalling. Everything (even pizza, for crying that loud!) is prepared in Chinese style. If you are a Westerner, there is no room for you in this hotel.

+: Best location near to BTS station and pier, easy access to most spot.

-: Staff was not good trained, front staff especially restaurant staff, which feel like not stay at one of the best hotel chain around the world but just the local normal hotel.

+: the location was great, and breakfast

-: but the hotel is old and needs urgently a Renovation!We were always surrounded by a very bad mold smell when we walked thru the hallway especially at our wing krungthep.In the room it was at the first day not as bad as it was on the second. We felt if you would stay in this hotel more than 2nights you would become sick because of those carpets everywhere and the old air conditioning that smells also bad after mold.Bathroom needs renovation as well as there was black mold in some of the corners!

+: The gym is very good. Modern equipment and a large space.

-: The surroundings , only Icon Siam is the modern mall. Everything outside is so old.

+: Stayed here many times great location

+: Beautiful Hotel, great location. We had a balcony room overlooking the river which was great. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Staff were wonderful and breakfast was plentiful with many options. Close to sky train and new large shopping plaza. The singer Jean and Pianist in the evenings in the lobby bar were excellent.

-: Nothing, we enjoyed everything about our stay here.
