+: The location is good, quite but convenient!

-: Staffs attitude in restaurant have to be improved due to racist.

+: The hotel is very beautiful, designed in colonial style. The gardens and the outside parts are also very pretty. The food in the restaurant was with very good quality and big variety on both breakfast and the buffet in the evenings. The amenities in the rooms are great, I personally loved their choice for the products in the bathroom! There is a huge outdoor pool with parts for children and adults only. There is also a beach just across the street, that is equipped with sun beds and towels from the hotel. The location is also very good and you can find lots of things around - 711, restaurants, beach massage studios, tourist companies for different excursions and transfers.

-: The service can be improved in few areas. Starting from serving the beer in cold glasses, and in general providing better service at the pool bar. The main restaurant in which the breakfast is served, often offers buffet during the evening, but this is written nowhere, and the restaurant is visited only by few people, even though the food was great. Also when we asked people at the reception, they didn't know and had to check if the restaurant will be open for the evening. There are little things here and there that can be improved and the hotel will be really exceptional!

-: - La propreté aléatoire de la chambre : mégots sur la terrasse ; moisi dans les joints du carrelage de la salle de bain- Pas de toilettes à proximité de la piscine : nécessité de remonter dans la chambre ou dans le lobby.- 500 B pour la location de serviettes de bain (soit l’équivalent d’une heure de massage en face de l’hôtel)- Check out : pas de personnel pour venir récupérer les bagages dans la chambre, faible amabilité à l’accueil, il était certes très tôt, petit déjeuner à emporter digne d’une cantine scolaire - stagiaires en nombre très important très aimables mais pas toujours capables de répondre aux questions (et c’est bien normal, ils sont en formation ! )- pas de proposition, de manucure et de pédicure avec pause de vernis au spa (idem aux alentours de l’hôtel), proposition qui fait partie des basiques- faible connaissance de l’environnement extérieur pour donner des conseils- pas de Nutella au petit déjeuner ☹️

+: Location is good. Swimming pool also very large and nice. Breakfast was good and we got vegetarian food.

-: Checkin was not at all good experience. We were there for one night only and they took long time for check in even after 2pm. They were not knowing much about attractions.

+: Skønt stort og flot resort. Dejlige rummelige værelser. Selvom der kan bo mange på resortet så får man alligevel følelsen af, at der er god plads til alle.

-: Steder mangler ramper når man er en børnefamilie med klapvogn. Der er svært at komme rundt omkring når alt er bygget i niveauer og der kun er trapper.
