-: le personnel était poli mais pas disposé à être arrangeant: nous avions réservé deux chambres il y a plus de 5 mois et ils ont mis nos filles dans une chambre relativement éloignée de la nôtre alors que des chambres bien plus près de la nôtre ont été attribuée après notre arrivée

-: Na ja ist halt bei genaueren hin sehen schon abgerockt und aus meiner Sicht den preis nicht Wert etwas günstiger schon würde man über einiges wegschauen. Ein nogo extrem laute Klimaanlage die man nur über den gesamten Strom ausschalten konnte.

+: The staff were fantastic, in particular Da and Lee in the restaurantbar area. They were both friendly and competent and made our stay so much better. The location is excellent, very quiet and relaxing. The rooms were very clean and large.
-: The inside of the buildings were fine, however the exterior and grounds need a lot of attention. A lot of painting, carpentry and gardening is required urgently to bring it up to acceptable.
