+: Room was nice, staff were friendly.

-: Upon arrival my AC was broken, they dealt with it promptly which was great. The hotel just has a sad vibe about it. Lots of Eastern European people who don’t interact or smile, just looking angry, sitting around the pool all day drinking and on their phones. If you’re coming to Thailand to embrace the beautiful culture and its people, this is not the hotel for you. A bit of a sad affair. But that’s not the hotel’s fault. I recommend a more quiet beach. The town was total chaos and it was sad to see how a lot of tourists treat the locals. We could all learn a lot from Thai culture. The smiling lady at the desk was lovely. Some of the staff seemed a bit down but I can’t blame them given the mood at this place.. ah yes and the pool is not clean. And no room service for food or drink.

+: Sijainti melko keskeisellä paikalla, lyhyt matka ruokapaikkoihin ja rannalle, mutta huoneeseen ei meteliä kuulunut. Huoneet olivat siistit. Monipuolinen aamiainen. Kokonaosuudessaan hotelli erittäin viihtyisä, ihania sisustusratkaisuja. Allasalueella oli reilusti aurinkotuoleja.
