+: Die älteren Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht.

-: Die jüngeren Mitarbeiter sprachen zum Teil kein Englisch und waren nicht sehr motiviert. Beim Frühstück wurde nur auf Nachfrage nachgelegt, da fehlte einfach der Rundumblick. Die Thaimassage ist nicht empfehlenswert, da teuer und einfach nicht gut. Die ganze Anlage hat die besten Jahre hinter sich. Alles ist stark renovierungsbedürftig. Bei der Klimaanlage hörte es sich an, als ob ein Tier drinnen wär. Zum Abschluss wurde noch einmal durchs Zimmer gegangen, wir warteten in der Rezeption, da fühlt man sich nicht gut. Ein Glas Wasser ist uns zerbrochen, welches wir auch gleich bezahlen mussten.

+: It was a very quiet area, the accommodation is top notch because of the space and it has a very wild vibe.

-: The fact that some of the staff speak almost no English and sometimes they misunderstand what you want. And we had a little problem with our room not being ready at check-in time which made us a bit uncomfortable as we had come from a long flight with long waits between layovers.

+: The place is calm and beautiful, authentic thai-style, which is what we were looking for. The villas are spacious and the jacuzzi is nice. For our first evening they had decorated the villa wonderfully and created a romantic atmosphere.

-: We didn't like the breakfast - it was the same every day and no variety, mostly Thai cuisine, the food ran out quickly in the morning and the staff struggled to serve the block table - there was only one girl. The other thing we didn't like was that the mosquito nets were torn, and it was easy for all kinds of reptiles and insects to enter the room. In one day there was an infestation of three different types of insects in our bedroom, including bees, but luckily the hotel responded quickly. The hotel is a bit old and not well maintained, but the place is really beautiful. The massages are quite expensive compared to other massage places in the area and Phuket in general.

Pire ils ont mis la réception tout en haut alors qu’elle était à l entrée de l hôtel obliger de prendre des escalier pour y aller De plus pour rentrer dans sa chambre maintenant vous êtes oblige de rentrer dans l hotel et de faire un detour avant d arriver à votre chambre , avec des escaliers à nouveau .Le pire c’est que la navette ne vient même pas vous chercher à l entrée de l hôtel mais après avoir pris vos escaliers c’est une honte Dommage car cette hôtel avez tout de paradisiaque Mais des gens ont décidé d emmerder les clients en essayant de leur compliquer la vie en tout Tout est compliqué
