One of the best choices we have chosen in the city of Cha-Am. The beach can be reached in just 6 minutes. Veranda Hua Hin Resort - Cha Am, Mgallery by Sofitel with a beautiful infinity pool with an extensive sunbathing area located in a picturesque location on a large private beach. Free Wi-Fi, a fitness center and a kids club are available.
Spacious rooms, suites and villas with sea or garden views, a flat-screen HD TV, a DVD player and tea / coffee making facilities. The open-plan bathrooms have a power shower and a separate bath. The villas have a private pool and an outdoor hot tub.
Veranda Resort offers free parking and a shuttle service to the center of Hua Hin.
The resort organizes cooking classes and yoga classes to the sound of the waves. Guests can play volleyball on the beach. Veranda Spa offers relaxing massages and beauty treatments for the skin. At the travel desk, you can rent a car and book day trips.
The Dining Room serves both Thai and European dishes in the dining room and on the outdoor terrace. The ISEA bar and restaurant are located on the beach, and The Glass Room’s espresso bar with a wide range of drinks can be served specialty coffee even late in the evening. Guests can also relax in the lounge in the lobby.

+: Das Hotel ist im Großen und ganzen O.K. Leider gibt es auch einiges negatives wie zu wenige Sonnenliegen die von machen Gästen schon scheinbar um 05:00 reserviert werden und dann nicht benützt. Und es gibt so gut wie keine Sonnenschirme so das viele Liegen nicht benützt werden können, da sie in der prallen Sonne stehen.
-: Leider gibt es auch einiges negatives wie zu wenige Sonnenliegen im Poolbereich, die von machen Gästen schon scheinbar um 05:00 reserviert werden und dann nicht benützt. Und es gibt so gut wie keine Sonnenschirme so das viele Liegen nicht benützt werden können, da sie in der prallen Sonne stehen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit privaten Pool sehr schön und auch sauber. Leider gibt es auf der Terrasse gerade mal einen Schaukelstuhl und ein kleines Tischchen. Auch auf Nachfrage war es nicht möglich wenigstens ein Liege auf die Terrasse zu bekommen

+: Great pool, poolside drinks, lovely clean beach and great massage and beach bars nearby.Hotel is a long way from Hua Hin town but I thought this was a good thing and beach so much nicer.
-: Room had great balcony facing beach but was a bit worn around the edges, and didn’t feel 100pc clean. Needs a proper renovation.Watch out for the taxis organised by guys on front door, and avoid the one who calls himself “James Bond”, he’s a very dodgy character.

+: The resort is right on the beach. It takes about 35 min to drive to Hua Hin. There is a 7Eleven 10 min walking distance on the main road from the resort. The swimming pool area is lovely, the breakfast is great with a wide selection of continental and asian options and dishes changes every day. My room had a very comfy bed and the shower was great. The balcony was nice with a view to the garden area. The personel was very friendly and helpful and spoke English very well. There are small beach restaurants next to the resort, if one desire.
-: The sunbeds on the beach are in very poor condition. It is a bit difficult to get away from the resort, if you do not go by car.

-: Dette er ikke et femstjerners hotell. Mer 3 om noe. Badene var regelrett ekle med mygg og rommet, spesielt badet hadde trengt en oppussing. Kjedelig frokost. Strandrestauranten var dårlig. Fikk vite av andre at jeg kunne bestille fra «room service» restauranten som var bedre, men jeg skjønte aldri helt det opplegget.
