-: Entraban muchos insectos, incluso una noche dormimos con un geko muy grande en el techo justo arriba de nuestra cama. El shampoo que tenia nuestra habitacion olia horrible, como si estuviera podrido. El minisplit tiraba mucha agua, dentro de la habitacion. El desayuno no estaba bueno.

+: Il villaggio a una ottima posizione, spiaggia privata con tutto quello che serve, le camere sono pulite e passano tutti i giorni a fare le pulizie, cambiare li asciugamani e lasciare le bottiglie di acqua fresca. Il ristorante a del ottimo cibo. Personale molto gentile

+: Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, allerdings teilweise extrem schwer zu erreichen. Unser Zimmer lag hinter einer sehr abenteuerlichen Treppe, welche auch eigentlich für den Abstieg eher gefährlich war.Das Frühstück ist "in Ordnung", mehr aber auch nicht.Das meiste Personal wirkte leider eher genervt und absolut lustlos - vor Allem beim Frühstück. Einzig etwas motiviert waren die Jungs, die die Koffer von Boot zur Rezeption transportiert haben.Ins Geschehen von Phi Phi läuft man ca 30 Minuten - aber auch da muss man gut zu Fuß sein - es geht auf und ab, teilweise über den Strand und auch ein paar Stufen.Wirklich als störend empfanden wir die Longtailboote. Diese hört man nicht ein paar Mal am Tag, sondern den ganzen Tag bis spät in die Nacht - und das wirklich unfassbar laut.Da kann das Hotel nichts für, sollte aber dennoch bei Buchung berücksichtigt werden.

+: Perfect location with a small private beach and a short walk to the downtown. Hotel staff was able to help coordinate booking of activities around the island during the day. Would definitely come back!

+: The private beach was SO lovely! The staff were really fantastic and so helpful. The rooms very amazing! Everyone & everything was wonderful! Perfect distance away from all the hustle and bustle of the Tonsai Pier area. Walking there was completely doable (just really muggy & humid - even at night). Truly wished that we could have stayed there longer. Really a very special place!
-: The only criticism was the breakfast. We stayed at multiple hotels throughout our travels through Thailand & this wasn't our best breakfast food experience. Otherwise, everything else was really excellent!
