+: Great buffet, wonderful spa, excellent staff and customer service.

-: The bed was too soft and aggravated my back pain. Arguably, one of the most important parts of a stay in a hotel can be attributed to whether ac person wakes up rested. Unfortunately, I did not.

+: W Bangkok delivers well on its promise in many ways. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, with a stylish design that feels true to the W brand. The food, especially at the Japanese restaurant, is excellent, and the gym and pool are perfect for relaxing or staying active during your stay.Overall, it’s still a great place to stay, but some updates and attention to details like this would help the hotel fully live up to its reputation.

-: I did experience a minor issue with the tablet in my room—it wasn’t working properly, which meant I couldn’t adjust the AC or use the "Do Not Disturb" feature. Although I informed room service, it wasn’t resolved during my stay. Additionally, the hotel is starting to feel a bit dated compared to newer W properties.

+: Friendly staff. Very inexpensive in room dining and mini bar. Lovely room decor.

-: Location. Not that close to the shopping malls. And always lots of traffic in the area.
