+: It’s nice place we like the pool and the staff were so cooperative and helpful

+: Very good varied breakfast, friendly helpful staff.

+: Super cool hotel representing W brand very well, staff were very friendly and efficient

-: Location is not good for tourists, hardly any restaurants, spas, malls or activities nearby. So much traffic on the main street. We spent an average of 2 hours a day in taxis. This location is good for business but if you are a tourist then I would recommend staying elsewhere.

+: The room was very nice and modern. Very comfortable and stylish, with lots of mirrors and a glass wall between the bedroom and bathroom.Most of all I liked the employees of the hotel. Everyone is so polite and helpful, always ready to answer all questions.I had several requests prior to arrival. And all of them were fulfilled. And on my last night, I returned to the room to find a beautiful dessert provided as a good bye gift by the hotel. I was very impressed. Thank you.

-: It was a bit disappointing that I couldn't use the swimming pool in the last 24 hours of my stay because it had been cleaned. However, I understand it's necessary, and I was indeed offered a chance to use the swimming pool in another hotel, if I wanted to. So all good.

-: W Bangkok hotel offers impeccable hospitality, luxurious amenities, and a vibrant atmosphere that truly elevates the holiday experience. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the staff is exceptionally welcoming. However, it is worth mentioning that some guests may find the transparent bathroom doors to be a personal preference that may detract from their overall comfort and privacy. Nevertheless, the hotel's outstanding service and trendy ambiance make for an enjoyable stay in the heart of Bangkok

-: Elevators are pain. 4 small elevators for such huge hotel, it’s a bottleneck when it’s full of guests (and it’s really full))
