+: Totale Ruhe trotz hoher Auslastung und optimale Lage. Frühstück besonders gut. Auch vom Sitzplatzangebot.

-: Zimmer viel zu dunkel. Da müssen paar Lichtquellen eingebaut werden. Das war aber auch die einzige Kleinigkeit, welche ich anmerken möchte. Wir waren in 914. Vielleicht in anderen Zimmern heller. Es sollte zumindest eine helle Lichtquelle vorhanden sein.

+: Very nice staff, clean well maintained site. Good facilities. Nice pool. Breakfast has a wide variety of foods and is very good

+: โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้ Terminal 21, ร้านอาหารและ Shopping Center, บริเวณสวนร่มรื่น, พนักงานสุภาพให้ความช่วยเหลือดี, อาหารเช้าดีมากมีให้เลือกหลากหลายและมีคุณภาพ, ห้องอาหารสะอาดโดยรวมพอใจมาก

-: ตึกที่พักค่อนข้างเริ่มทรุดโทรม ควรถึงเวลาปรับปรุงให้สดใส สง่างามขึ้น, ขนาดห้องพักค่อนข้างเล็กแต่สะอาด

+: การบริการของพนักงาน บริการดีใส่ใจแขก อาหารเช้าดี ครบอร่อยหลากหลาย

-: จองห้องไม่สูบบุหรี่ แต่ได้ห้องที่มีกลิ่นบุหรี่ หมอนผ้าห่ม เหม็นบุหรี่มาก รร เปลี่ยนห้องให้แต่ห้องเก่ามากสำหรับราคาเกือบ4พัน ไม่ติดทะเลไม่มีกิจกรรมอะไรใน รร ที่น่าสนใจสระเก่ามากสกปรก ห้องเห็นวิวสระแต่ต้นไม้บังไม่มีประโยชน์ ระเบียงขี้นกเยอะมากความสะอาดต้องปรับปรุง เบาะนั่ง เก้าอี้มันเก่าควรทาสีใหม่เปลี่ยนเบาะใหม่มันดูแย่ไปหมดเลย
