+: Location was great, lots of food choices.

-: It was a 6 nights I asked to my room clean twice and on both occasions the bed sheet was not change. They did not top up the toilet tissue and the bin was not emptied. Hand wash not top up it has been empty since arrived, toilet tissue did not have a holder. The bed mattress was very very hard, I use the extra duvet they had in the wardrobe and triple fold it on my side of the bed and it was still very hard and uncomfortable. I had an allergic reaction in the spa hydro bath, started off with itchy skin on my legs within 5 mins about 20 mins in I told the receptionist do put me in the room, she told me to get out and have a shower. I then notice both legs was very red and swollen, I then told her she send me to quiet room to relax, then told me it could be the food that I ate such as fish, I do not eat fish and I told it’s not the food, I then have to asked for cream as I was burning up with heat on the itchy skin. They did not acknowledge it as it’s there fault. She did not offer any other suggestions. The massage staff was whispering throughout the massage so I could not relaxed.
