-: There is a lot of food options but none are great. Also, another thing we didn’t like was the room service. They enter in your room too many times because there 1 person just to remove used towels, another person to take care of the cleaning, another to put new towels. Very annoying.

+: Both pools and beaches were nice. Some of the staff were very friendly. Good buffet both for breakfast and lunch.
-: Beach staff was not at all helpful, complicated system to get beach towels. Our bathroom was constantly wet because it didn’t drain well. Facilities in the bungalows felt too old and cheap for a 4 star hotel. Too few sun beds given the amount of people staying at the hotel. No information signs, like the pool closed at 18 but that was stated nowhere.

+: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'accueil était très chaleureux. La piscine est magnifique avec une très belle vue sur mer. La mer était très propre. Une grande variété de bouffe dans le restaurant et les serveurs du soir sont très chaleureux sauf quelques uns qu'on a l'impression qu'ils cherchent les touristes qui donnent du pour boire.
-: Tout était magnifique sauf les chambres. Nous avons eu des soucis avec les serviettes qui sont prises le matin par la femme de ménage pour qu'elles soient nettoyés sans qu'elles les remplacent par des propres. J'ai demandé qu'elle me donne des serviettes pour prendre ma douche. Elle m'a répondu qu'il faut attendre ( combien ? Elle ne savait pas). J'ai du faire une réclamation pour qu'elle me ramène 3. Elle m'a ramené enfin 1 seule serviette. Les linges de lits n'étaient pas changées pendant les 4 nuits. Des petits cafards dans la chambre. Un grand FLOP pour le service des chambres.

-: Les chambres sont très moyennes. Literie ; salle de bain; placard ont bien vécu aussi mal isolé on entend absolument tout dans les couloirs et les autres chambres comme si c'était dans la nôtre. Mais franchement on a passé un excellent séjour en famille
