+: En général, tout était fabuleux, le service des barmans qui sont toujours souriant. Les activités avec les moniteurs sont super, mais il pourrait en avoir plus, un gros merci à mon barman Yassine pour le service impeccable durant tout mon séjour, je n'ai jamais marqué de rien, je vous le recommande .

+: The sea view room was amazing, I got the one with little garden just in front of the beach. The room is spacious and you get all what you need. Wifi works great. Staff is nice and helpful.
-: The hotel is not new and could use some refreshment. The food wasnt great, there was plenty to choose but it was hard to find smth tasting very good.

+: Prima value for money. Kamers brandschoon, personeel erg vriendelijk, eten lekker en veel variatie - we waren hier een paar weken en we werden het niet zat. Het hotel is minder dan het naastgelegen 5 sterrenhotel, wat zich uit in het verouderde en hier en daar wat afgesleten meubilair, en dat je voor de Spa moet betalen. Internet was geen powerhouse maar goed genoeg voor videobellen voor het werk, dus prima. Apart binnenbad (niet dat op de foto!) was fijn in deze tijd van het jaar.
-: Het internet heeft een aantal dagen eruit gelegen op onze kamers, vanwege een storing in dat blok. Prima, kan gebeuren, maar de manier waarop het aangepakt werd (niet reageren op verzoeken) had beter gekund. Daarbij kan je bij het hotel excursies boeken, maar de mensen zijn niet goed op de hoogte van de inhoud daarvan - gevolg is dat we twee keer naar El Jem zijn geweest: was geen straf maar als je iets verkoopt moet je weten wat er op de route ligt.
