+: Le personnel au petit soin et très à l'écoute ; l'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellant près de tous les petits commerces locaux à gauche de l'hôtel , et les grandes surfaces à droite de l'hôtel, le tramway à 7 minutes à pied, le métro à 5 minutes il suffi de traversé la route

-: Le petit déjeuner est servi de 8h à 10h ce qui est trop top pour un voyage touristique , 10h30 sera mieux

+: Location although close to main streets was in a grotty area with lorries loading and unloading all along the noisy busy street. Dilapidated bathroom no kettle or room coffee we had to leave hotel after two days it was so bad Hotel refused to refund for the time we did not stay there namely nine nights. This hotel only good for single night not long term in my opinion can send photos of shower room etc if needed.

-: Everything hotel in need of refurbishment and true be photos of street it is in with narrow busy street Staff extremely helpful and polite but insufficient to make up for everything it lacked small room overlooked air shaft a horrible experience
