Понравился персонал, достаточно любезный и клиентоориентированный. Очень хороший, комфортный номер. Замечательные вкусные разнообразные завтраки. Брали обед и ужин по меню - тоже очень вкусно!

Отель позиционирует себя как 4 звезды,но в действительности только-2*.Я не понимаю как у администрации отеля,хватает наглости так обманывать своих клиентов.То,сто было представлено в booking и то,что я увидела на самом деле отличаеться 100%.Заказывала 3 люкса.Как оказалось он был только ОДИН(вопрос:зачем выставлять фото того,чего-нет?).Номер был ужасный:джакузи не работала,грязная,,мебель старая,были какие-то исскуственные цветы,на которых пыль была толщиной с палец.Подушки жуткие.Я очень много останавливаюсь в отелях,зарезервированных через booking,но в этот раз не соответсвие меня просто убило.Не соответствие-100%
