-: Unser Zimmer wurde trotz mehrfacher Bitte und Trinkgeld nicht ordentlich geputzt. Der Boden wurde in 14 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht einmal gründlich gewischt, ebenso war die Toilette auch nicht gründlich gereinigt, sondern nur oberflächlich.

+: Close to the beach, lunch and dinner was good. My mom’s room in the main building was exactly as in the photos.
-: Breakfast was not good, we got a room in another building (we would have paid more to stay in the main building with my mom ), the room was nothing like my mom’s room in the main building- much much smaller, no mirror, “large bed” was just two beds put together and they were different heights so impossible for two people to sleep on the same bed. When we moved there was no water there, the AC took forever to work even though it was +35 outside. We only got 1 key for two of us in the room, Late check out (3 extra hours) was 30 euro. Transfer from Airport was 60 euro but we found the same carcompany offering it for 55 across from the hotel. so the hotel just calls this company and orders for you and collects 5 euro charge.

-: Das Personal hat uns versucht zu verarschen. Bei der Ankunft wollte ich mir erst ein Überblick über das Zimmer verschaffen bevor ich es auf Booking.com Buche. Den Gunst der Stunde haben Sie genutzt und ihre Zimmer auf booking gesperrt. Daraufhin wurde das Zimmer doppelt so teuer und man wollte uns als zwei Männer nicht mal annehmen. Darauf den Tag habe ich dort meinen Aufenthalt für die Hälfte des Preises auf booking ohne Vorankündigung verlängert und sie mussten mich annehmen. Am Vortag hieß es noch, dass das Hotel ausgebucht ist. Wir kamen am ersten Tag nachts an und wollten nur noch schlafen, deswegen haben wir uns auf die Abzocke eingelassen.
