+: The room was cleaned. You can drink free tea near the pool in the evening. There is quiet area in the hotel and in the neighbourhood.

-: The personnel on the reception was absent. I had been waiting for 15 minutes, the I called him by whatsapp to say that I need to check-in. I didn't see him anymore :)
