+: L'hôtel en lui même était très beau, c'était calme et reposant. La terasse était agréable. Le petit-déjeuner était suffisant et le personnel accueillant. Les chambres sont propres dans l'ensemble, malheureusement les habitations en pierres (troglodyte) font qu'il y a souvent du sable dans la chambre, mais ceci est commun.
-: La suite qu'on m'a donné ne ressemblait absolument pas à celle réservée. J'ai réservée la suite impérial et payé un peu plus cher justement pour avoir la belle salle de bain avec bain à remous rond qu'on voit sur les photos booking et Google. Au lieu de cela on m'a donné une suite avec une baignoire simple à remous dans une salle de bain beaucoup plus petite... j'ai insisté à l'accueil en montrant les photos que ça ne ressemblait pas à ma réservation et il m'a répondu que c'était bien ça et qu'il y avait 8 suites impérial. Je m'aperçois dans les commentaires que d'autres personnes ont été dans le même cas que moi et qu'ils ont eu une chambre différente de ce qu'ils avaient réservée. Je laisse le bénéfice du doute, mais cela a rendu notre séjour moins agréable. Les coussins du canapé étaient sale, cela n'a sûrement pas été contrôler, mais la literie était propre.

+: L’hotel gode di una posizione bellissima nella tranquilla Ibrahimpasa. Stanze ampie e lussuose. Ottimo il ristorante e la colazione a buffet e varia e gustosissima. Il personale è gentilissimo e molto professionale.
-: Unica pecca di questo bellissimo hotel, le cui camere sono distribuite a differenti altezza sul pendio, è la mancanza di ascensori che rende l’accesso alla reception e al ristorante non facili per chi non possa scendere e salire le molte rampe di scale con facilità o per chi abbia molti bagagli.

+: Everything was exceptional - the design of the hotel, the rooms, the comfort, the food, the staff, the area. Great place to stay in when travel to Cappadoccia - not in the commercial part, but still very luxurious and close to everything you'll want to see. Amazing stay and experience! +: A chaque séjour en Cappadoce, nous passons une nuit au Nino havre de paix loin des foules et de la marchandisation des villages commerciaux. Le village tout proche est tranquille.. Toutes les chambres sont différentes et décorées artistiquement.. L'attention du personnel.
