-: The staff trying to sell you tours or charging too expensive taxis seems a trap or scam. I really hated when the staff at the hotel trap me for a taxi booking that was double the rate I did on Uber.

+: Bella SPA, personale gentile e professionale, la camera era sempre ben pulita, un plus che non ci aspettavamo è la bella terrazza all'ultimo piano dell'albergo e il bollitore con the e caffè in camera.
-: In generale ci è piaciuto tutto, se le dimensioni della camera fossero state leggermente più grandi sarebbe stato perfetto, e ci sarebbe piaciuto qualcosa di più europeo nella colazione tipo dei croissant

+: La parte de la sauna y baños turcos era agradable.
-: Nos intentaron poner a tres adultos en dos camas de adulto y una supletoria de niño. Conseguimos que nos lo cambiasen pero hay que decir que las habitaciones de tres no son como las de las imágenes. Realmente son habitaciones de dos donde meten una cama más y te quedas sin espacio para estar.No lo recomendaría especialmente.

+: The breakfasts in the morning were good. The Hammam was nice to use and the cleaning staff kept the rooms in good order. The location is excellent and it's only a ten minute walk to Hagia Sophia and two minutes to the metro line.
-: The rooms are misrepresented in the pictures and are quite old and worn. We booked three rooms while there and all of them had food stains on the walls and carpets had sticky spots. All three rooms required renovations and appeared to have last been updated decades ago. The rooms are tinier compared to what you see in the pictures. If you're from the US, the stay would be comparable to staying in an old motel. The steam room and sauna are kept off and you have to request them to turn them on half an hour in advance. The air conditioning was quite low and doesn't work that well during the day, while in one of the rooms the room AC broke and they'd set up a portable AC taking up precious space.
