+: Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms are not the best but clean. Location of the hotel is perfect, the tram station is just next to you.
-: The staff were a little harsh and uneasy going. We booked for 14 adults - 2 children 7rooms. The front desk was complaining that we shall not be allowed as it is against the rule of number rooms and occupants. Well, you have already agreed the reservation and nothing was secret from the first place. Anyhow, we had 1 more guest came the next day and we want extra room. I was told it would be 70€ night in the morning and then i 3hrs later i wanted to reserve the room i was told it is 75€night and 4hrs later i wanted to pay I was told 80€night. Clearly no fixed roles whatsoever.

-: Breakfast drinks were disappointing only cold drinks available were a fresh lemon drink or water. Free tea bags were only offered on the first night of stay. We had to go out and buy our own supplies.
