+: We benefited from a very good and well-equipped family room in the administrative building. We are very satisfied. I can't speak about other options, as the hotel has other buildings and annexes, but for us, everything was up to our expectations and more. The management and staff clearly strive to make the stay pleasant. The food was quite good, just one recommendation—since we were there during peak season, the restaurant was crowded during peak hours, and there weren't always enough places and dishes. But I don't consider it a big problem, in 5-10 minutes everything could be found. Various activities were constantly organized—sports, entertainment—the staff encouraged participation, cheered you on, and it was fun and interesting. The à la carte dinner was very good, thank you!
-: Surely there are hotels that offer more, but for the price asked—I consider there to be no downsides.

+: I liked the location. The beach was nice but busy
-: The lady at the reception was behaving arrogantly. Also,when we checked in, she did not let us know that we had the right for a free dinner in the beach restaurant for all our family. We found out about it only on the last day when it was too late already.

+: The location is beautiful, with mountain view and private beach. Some of the stuff were very helpful.
-: The hotel was very crowded, gym was very dirty. Constant queuing for food at the restaurant, hard to find a table, often impossible to find a place at the beach. The stuff at the restaurant were not able to handle the amount of people, and were obviously overworked. The hotel would benefit from improving its routines (check-in, lost and found, number of people vs number of stuff) to limit the stress for the guests and the stuff.
